My customers were fascinated with my Poised Peony Spotlight card! I saw this Spotlight card using the Changing Leaves stamp set, and knew I needed to share this with you! This one is an interesting contrast of our new Basic Beige and White! Such a subtle contrast!! Enjoy!
Measurements:
- Mossy Meadow: 1/2 sheet, scraps
- Basic Beige (N): 4" x 5 1/4"
- Basic White: 2 1/4" strip, scrap
To Make this Card
- Randomly stamp largest leaf onto Basic Beige piece with Old Olive, Mossy Meadow, and Cajun Craze ink. Clean stamp in between, and reinking and stamping in additional space, if necessary.
- If you remember to, also stamp leaf onto strip of White in each color. Otherwise, go back and do it now!
- Die cut 3 stitched circles from the Stylish Shapes Dies and Mossy Meadow cardstock..
- Next, takes a little planning! Decide where you want your "spotlights" to go. Punch those areas out with our 2" circle punch.
- Mount onto Mossy Meadow circles, and then line up to areas on the card, as shown.
- Now, stamp sentiment in Mossy Meadow ink onto scrap of White. Die cut with long rounded label die from the Changing Leaves Dies. Die cut another label from Mossy Meadow. Split in half and mount behind sentiment. Adhere to card with Dimensionals.
- Finish with retired Specked Dots.
