Good morning, stampers! 2 rooms painted..many to go! Taking a break to get ready for class this week! Today's card is the last card from my Ornate Layers Set Sampler Class! While we did the Navy/Peacock version, I started with the Bumblebee/Old Olive version. While I love the Navy/Peacock color combination, I love the contrast of the Bumblebee/Old Olive one!
Measurements:
- Night of Navy/Old Olive:1/2 sheet, 2 1/2" x 3 3/4"
- Pretty Peacock/Bumblebee: 4" x 5 1/4", 2 1/8" x 3 3/8"
- Copper/Gold Foil: 3 3/8" x 4 7/8", 1 1/2" x 2 3/4"
- Brightly Gleeming DSP (N)/Ornate Garden DSP (N):2" x 5 1/4"
To Make This Card:
- Trim 2 1/8" from front Navy/Olive card base.
- Cut "eyelet border" from Peacock/Bumblebee border. Attach to inside of card.
- Attach DSP to top, front flap.
- Cut large detailed frame from Foil. Cut larger Stitched Rectangle from Navy/Old Olive and smaller Stitched Rectangle from Pretty Peacock/Bumblebee.
- Cut "design" from center of smaller Stitched Rectangle. Attach Foil behind design, if desired. Attach all to Detailed Frame.
- Adhere half of "frame" to front flap.
- Finish with gems of your choice.
