Originally, I totally missed the Magnolia Mood Bundle just released in the Online Exclusives! But then I started seeing some gorgeous cards that used this magnolia die, and I knew I had to find it! It is just beautiful!! This sample is made in Very Vanilla with Petal Pink accents. It also uses the new Sweetly Scripted sentiments also in the Online Exclusive store. BTW - the design of this card allows to to open either way!! Love having options!
Measurements:
- Very Vanilla: 1/2 sheet, 1/4 sheet (for die cuts), 2 3/4" x 4 1/4" (inside), 5/8" x 5 1/4"
- Petal Pink: 4" x 5 1/4" (inside)
- Forever Love DSP (N): 3" x 5 1/4" (petal pink print)
To Make This Card:
- Fold Very Vanilla card in half. Remove 1 1/8" from front. (you could recut this piece to 5/8" x 5 1/4" for the sentiment)
- Run Petal Pink inside layer through Quatrefoil EF. Attach to inside of card.
- Next, attach DSP to front flap of card.
- Stamp sentiment in Basic Gray ink onto strip of Vanilla. Attach to card, as shown, with Dimensionals.
- Die cut largest, detailed "magnolia" die from Vanilla 1/4 sheet. Also die cut single, detailed flower.
- Attach largest "magnolia" to card front with Dimensionals. I just put them under the flower "petals". Attach the single flower, flush to the card beside the Dimensional flower.
- Attach smaller Vanilla piece to the inside for message.
- Finish with scattered Champagne Rhinestones.
