Becky's Stampin' Studio: Burnished Lustrous Leaves

I hadn't used the masks that come with the Lustrous Leaves Hot Foil Dies, and they are so gorgeous, that I needed to give them a go! Thankfully, Patty Bennett just did a video suggesting color combinations! So, I tried several of her suggestions. This one is probably my favorite! I then combined several other layouts to create my own! I love how it turned out! We'll be doing this one in my monthly class next week!

Measurements:

Pecan Pie: 1/2 sheet cut LENGTHWISE
Very Vanilla: 2 pcs @ 4" x 5 1/4", 1/4 sheet for burnishing, 3" square (foiled circle)
Autumn Opulence DSP (N) (OE): 1 7/8" x 4", scraps (Pecan Pie check)

To Make This Card:

Begin my creating the "burnished" leaves, first!
Start with the 1/4 sheet of Vanilla cardstock, and mask #1, along with Golden Glow ink and a large Blending Brush. Before you remove the mask, add a little Crisp Canteloupe ink to this mask, as well.
Next, remove mask #1 and add mask #2. Add the next color, which is Timid Tiger.
Continue with mask #3 and Cajun Craze ink, and finish with #4 - the stems, which are Pecan Pie.
Before cutting out, Patty shared an awesome technique - you can emboss with the foiling dies! Use plates #1 & #2, add the IMPRESSIONS PLATE (mat), the 1/4 sheet with the colored leaves, right side up, the foiling die, and then one plate #3. Run it through the Cutting, Stamp, and Emboss Machine, and voila - they are embossed!
Now, you can die cut with the corresponding die! (Really neat, huh!) You've gotta try this one!
Finish the leaves with a little Wink of Stella.
Foil the smallest circle from the Framed and Fabulous bundle, in copper foil. Die cut with coordinating die. Stamp sentiment from the bundle in Pecan Pie ink.
Next, emboss one of the Vanilla layers with the new, Softly Woven Embossing folder.
Adhere to folded Pecan Pie card base.
Add the Pecan Pie DSP to the bottom of the card, over the Vanilla piece.
Layer the foiled circle where desired, and arrange the leaves around the circle as shown, then add circle with Dimensionals.
Finish front with small bow onto the circle (retired ribbon combo), and scattered copper Metallic Gems.
Finish the inside with the other Vanilla layer, and leaves die cut from the DSP using the smaller leaves in the Lustrous Leaves Bundle!
