Curvy Daisy

Here's a totally different look using the Quite Curvy Bundle and products from our Annual Catalog, that you might already have!!  This bundle is SO VERSATILE!!! 

Measurements:  

• Seaside Spray: 1/2 sheet, 2" x 4" (Daisies)
• Misty Moonlight: 4" x 5 1/4"
• Whisper White: 3 3/4" x 5"
• Flowers for Every Season: 2" x 5"
• Just Jade: 3" x 4"

To Make This Card:

• Layer Misty Moonlight and Floral DSP to folded Seaside Spray card.
• Cut the “filigree” curve from Whisper White piece, making sure the cutting edge is near the lower edge!
• Match the curve of the sentiment of your choice to the “filigree” curve. (It’s nice that the photopolymer stamps allow you to do this!) Stamp in either Seaside Spray or Misty Moonlight.
• Determine the placement of the “filigree” layer by placing the filigree so it just misses the cut edge of the floral DSP.  Mark top edge placement and trim white piece, making sure sides are straight!·         
• Punch 2 “medium daisies” from strip of Seaside Spray. Shape “petals” and assemble them together with Mini Glue Dot, offsetting petals.
• Die cut “sprig” in Just Jade.  Trim to fit under “Daisy”.  I did not use the entire “sprig”.
• Finish with a Misty Moonlight bow and pearls in the center of the “Daisy”.

Snowflake Curves

It's snowing this morning...yaayyy, so I thought that this was an appropriate card!! It is a winter version of the Quite Curvy Bundle, combined with the Snowflake Splendor DSP and the Dies and Stamps from the Snowflake Wishes Bundle.

Measurements:  

• Thick Whisper White: 1/2 sheet
• Whisper White: 1/4 sheet, scrap
• Snowflake Splendor DSP (N): 1/4 sheet (4 1/4" x 5 1/2")
• Balmy Blue Glimmer (N): scrap
• Balmy Blue: scrap

To Make This Card:

• Attach DSP to folded Thick White card.
• Cut “dotty” curve from about 1 1/4"  from the bottom of Whisper White quarter. Make sure the cut edge of the die is at the bottom!!!
• Stamp sentiment along curve in Balmy Blue ink.  Correct curve of the photopolymer stamp, if necessary.
• Stamp medium "snowflake" in upper right corner.
• Cut out medium-large "snowflak"e from Balmy Blue cardstock, medium "snowflake" from Balmy Blue Glimmer, and small "snowflake" from Whisper White.  Layer all together with Mini Glue Dots.
• Finish with Blue Gem.

Shaded Spruce Leaves

We made this card in my Quite Curvy Bundle Set of the Month class last week.  It features the "Ivy" border die and leaves stamps and dies! The "Ivy" border is beautiful on its' own, but absolutely GORGEOUS when you "emboss" it with the Impressions Pads! (These will, hopefully, be available, again, soon! Or, use the ones we had before - the blue and gray ones!)

Measurements:  

• Shaded Spruce: 1/2 sheet
• Whisper White: 2 ½” x 5 ¼”, 1 ¼” x 5 ½” strip
• Classic Christmas DSP (N) 4" x 5 1/4"
• Whisper White: 4" x 2 5/8", 2 3/4" x 4", scrap

To Make This Card:

• Attach DSP to folded Shaded Spruce Card.
• Color white ribbon with Lt Shaded Spruce Blend. Set aside to dry
• Cut “dotty” curve from Whisper White piece.  Attach to top of card over DSP. Save other piece for “Ivy”... it's a 2-step die cut!
• Cut “leaves” border from remaining piece of white. (2nd step)
• Stamp “leaves” in Shaded Spruce onto strip of white.  Color with ink from the Ink Pad and Blender pen
• Attach to Foam Adhesive Sheet (LOVE this effect!) and cut out with corresponding die. Attach to card near “dotty” curve.
•  Lay other curve below leaves and mark cutting line, leaving enough room for some cardstock below cut leaves.·         
• Finish by stamping sentiment in Shaded Spruce in lower left corner and adding Wink of Stella to colored leaves. Tie colored ribbon in a knot and attach to card with Mini Glue Dot.

Curvy Glitter Balloons

Here is another card from the Quite Curvy Bundle Set Sampler Class.  So, bright, fun, and cheery!  This one uses the Artistic Blooms DSP and the Rainbow Glimmer Cardstock!!  With these 2 products, you have MANY colorful color combinations!  Give it a try!  Share YOUR creations!!

Measurements:  

• Whisper White: 1/2 sheet, 3 3/4" x 5"
• Mango Meloday: 4" x 5 1/4"
• Artistry Blooms DSP: 3" x 5"
• Rainbow Glimmer Paper

To Make this Card:

• Layer Mango Melody and DSP to folded Whisper White card
• Cut “dotty” curve from Whisper White layer.
• Match the curve of the sentiment to the dotty curve. (It’s nice that the photopolymer stamps allow you to do this!) Stamp in Magenta Madness ink.
• Determine the placement of the “dottie” layer by placing the “dots” so it misses the cut edge of the DSP and you have enough room for the 2 balloons.  Mark top edge placement and trim white piece, making sure sides are straight!
• Punch out 2 balloons from the Rainbow Glimmer DSP to coordinate with your paper.  I attached the larger balloon flat, and the smaller balloon I popped up
• Fold the Bakers Twine in half and tie an overhand knot at the bottom.  Cut the “fold” and attach to each balloon with a Mini Glue Dot.  Then attach to card.

Floral Curve

Let's take a break from Christmas Curves, and check out a floral one!  I love to color, and you can color this card quickly, with ease! It could also be used for a variety of reasons!

Measurements:  

• Sahara Sand: 1/2 sheet
• Whisper White: 4" x 5 1/4"
• Classic Christmas DSP (N): 2" x 5 1/4"

To Make This Card:

• Attach DSP to bottom of folded Sahara Sand card.
• Cut “dotty” curve from bottom of Whisper White piece. I usually line up one edge of the die to the cardstock, so I have a better chance of all curves matching.  Also make sure the cut edge of the die is at the bottom!!!
• Stamp “flowers” along the bottom of curve.  I lightly marked the center and stamped the sprig in either direction.  Color with Blends as shown.  Stamp greeting of choice above, and attach to card over DSP, as desired.  Trim top of Whisper White piece, if necessary.
• Finish with a bow of Bumblebee Gingham
