I wanted to make a card using the DIES from this bundle. Believe it or not, this is really a fast and fun card! I used the InColor DSP packs for the "label" and accent piece, and the Timeworn Type EF behind the die cut pots.
Measurements:
- Evening Evergreen: 1/2 sheet
- InColor DSP Pack (N): 2" x 5 1/4" (Sweet Sorbet Plaid), 3 1/2" x 4 1/2" (Evening Evergreen}
- Basic White:4" x 5 1/4", 2 5/8" x 3 7/8"
- Sweet Sorbet (N): scraps
- Evening Evergreen: scraps
- Basic Gray: scraps
- Smokey Slate: scraps
To Make This Card:
- Fold Evening Evergreen card base in half. Then make Z Fold on front flap by folding the front back on itself and creasing well with a bone folder!
- Attach Sweet Sorbet DSP piece to folded back front.
- Add White quarter to inside.
- Run the Evening Evergreen DSP piece through Stitched Scalloped die from the Scalloped Contour Dies.
- Run the smaller White piece through the Timeworn Type EF. Attach to the Evergreen DSP "label".
- Cut 2 "flower bases" from Sweet Sorbet cardstock.
- Cut one "leaf" piece from Evening Evergreen cardstock.
- Cut "pot" pieces from Basic Gray and "dirt" from Smokey Slate.
- Attach "pot" pieces together and add to card with Dimensionals.
- Then, glue down "dirt", "leaves", and one "flower". Attach the other "flowers" with Dimensionals.
- Attach to left half of card.
- Finish with desired sentiment stamped in Evening Evergreen and a few scattered Iridescent Pearls.
