Happy 2nd Sunday in Advent. I thought this card was appropriate for the day and season! Unfortunately, it will be retiring soon. Be sure to check out the retired/discount list. The sale begins Tuesday, December 8th, 12:01 am.
Measurements:
- Misty Moonlight: 1/2 sheet
- Sahara Sand: 4" x 5 1/4"
- Champagne Foil: 2 pcs 3/4" x 5 1/4", 3 1/8" square, scraps
- Whisper White: 3" square, scrap
- Trimming the Town DSP (N): 2 3/4" x 5 1/4"
To Make This Card:
- Run Sahara Sand piece through Pinewood Planks 3D Embossing Folder. Attach to folded Misty Moonlight card.
- Attach Champagne Foils strips under DSP and attach to card as shown.
- Cut circle from Whisper White cardstock. Create rays of the star with a Post-It Note and Sponge Dauber or Blending Brush. Stamp "Nativity Scene" in Misty Moonlight near bottom of circle. Attach to Champagne Foil circle. Add "star" and attach to card front.
- Stamp sentiment in Misty Moonlight and cut out with die from the Hippo and Friends Die collection. (I Love the frames in this collection!!) Attach this die cut to a scrap of Champagne Foil and trim with Paper Snips. Attach to card.
- Finish with small bow above sentiment and rhinestone on "star".
