I saw a version of this card and loved the combination of the gorgeous Hello Irresisible DSP with the Brilliant Wings Butterflies Dies! And, then it is paired with a stunning, simple "Z" Fold! Isn't it just gorgeous!
Measurements:
- Basic White: 4" X 5 1/4", scraps
- Petal Pink: scraps
- Hello IrresistIble DSP (N): 5 1/4" x 5 5/8" (border), 2" x 5 1/4" (solid)
To Make This Card:
- Fold the White base in half, then fold the front back on itself, creating a "Z" Fold! Crease well.
- Take the "border" piece and cut into 3 equal pieces @ 1 7/8" each with the flowers along the bottom.
- Adhere the 3 "border" pieces, in order, on the first 3 "panels". Then, add the "solid" piece to the end, leaving an 1/8" border.
- Next, die cut 2 White and 1 Pink Butterflies.
- Also Cut 2 small "banners" from the Stylish Shapes Dies. Trim left side so that one banner measures 1 7/8" and the other measures 2".
- Stamp sentiments in Basic Gray near the right end of the "banner". I used the now, retired SAB Beautifully Happy stamp set. They just fit!
- Add the longer one to the "solid" panel with Mini Dimensionals. Add the shorter one to the 3rd panel as shown.
- Next add "butterflies" to "solid" panel. Shape the "wings" a bit and add one White butterfly just above the sentiment, one White butterfly near the top, and then center the Petal Pink butterfly in between!
- Finish with scattered Brass Butterflies and Pink Loose Frosted Dots!
