Gathering Together Cut & Flip, Clean & Simple Card

I love this kind of card! Cut and flip and you have a new look! Easy, Peasy! This one uses the gorgeous Gathering Together DSP in the Online Store! Add any sentiment and you have a plethora of possibilities!

Measurements:

Early Espresso: 1/2 sheet,
Cajun Craze: 2 1/2" x 4"
Gathering Together (N) (OE): 2 1/4" x 3 3/4" (front layers (Cajun & Espresso leaves, white background); 2 1/2" x 4" (lower front) (Cajun leaves); 2 5/8" x 4" (plaid); 1" x 4" (Beige Print)
Basic White: 2 1/2" x 4" (inside); scrap

To Make this Card:

Fold Early Espresso card base in half. Cut front @ 2 3/4", to crease, and then cut UP the fold, removing this upper piece. Save for later.
Attach Cajun Leaves DSP to lower front flap.
Adhere Plaid DSP to upper inside, and Beige strip to the bottom of that.
Now, take the Early Espresso piece you removed and adhere the Cajun Craze and Leaf layers.
Add to card lower card front as shown.
Die cut small "banner" from the Stylish Shapes Dies. Stamp sentiment of your choice in Early Espresso ink. Adhere to card front, as shown.
Finish inside with piece of White.
Finish outside with double bow of Early Espresso Linen Thread and Cajun & Gold Gems.

Gathering Moments Clean & Simple Card #2

Here is another clean & simple card that uses the gorgeous Gathering Together DSP! It is another creation by Akiko Sudano! This one uses the sheet with the White background, so the label and stamped images are also on White. It is also an awesome layout and color combination.

Measurements:

Old Olive: 1/2 sheet
Crushed Curry: 2 pcs @ 3 3/4" x 5" (1 inside)
Cajun Craze: 2 1/2" x 4"
Basic White: 3 1/2" x 4 3/4" (inside), 1 3/4" x 3 3/8" (front), scraps
Gathering Together DSP (N) (MC): 3 5/8" x 3 3/4" (white bg), 1 1/4" x 3 5/8", 1/2" x 3 1/2" (inside) (cajun print - back side)

To Make this Card:

Adhere to DSP pieces to Crushed Curry layer. You will have a narrow 1/16" border. I overlapped the 1 1/4" piece a little over the leaf piece.
Attach to folded Old Olive base with pieces of Foam Adhesive Sheet.
Stamp larger "leaf" in Old Olive, medium "leaf" in Crushed Curry, "sprig" in Cajun Craze, and "acorn" in Early Espresso. Die cut with corresponding dies. Set aside.
Die cut Cajun Craze "label" using the Textured Notes dies.
Stamp sentiment in Early Espresso ink at bottom of White layer. Then, arrange die cut pieces in upper left corner as shown, adding a bow of Early Espresso Linen Thread before adding the final, "acorn" with a Dimensional.
Adhere "label" to front of card.
Finish inside with White piece mounted to Crushed Curry. Stamp sentiment and "sprig" in Early Espresso, and strip of DSP to the bottom
Finish the front with new, scattered Streaked Dots

Gathering Moments Z-Fold

The DSP in this new suite, Gathering Together, is absolutely GORGEOUS! Paired with the new Branching Out Dies and stamp set, it is just awesome!

Measurements:

Cajun Craze: 1/2 sheet cut LENGTHWISE, 3 3/8" x 4 3/4"
Early Espresso: 3 1/8" x 4 3/8", scrap
Gathering Together DSP (N) (OE): 4" x 5 1/4" (Beige Plaid); 2 3/4" x 4" (Leaf, green & gold print); 2 3/4" x 4" (Beige print); 2 3/4" x 4 1/8" (label)
Basic White: 3 1/8" x 4 3/8" (Inside Label), scraps

To Make This Card:

Fold Cajun Craze card base in half, and then fold the front flap back against itself, creating a "Z".
Adhere Beige & Gold Plaid layer on inside of card. Adhere Leaf Piece to front of card, and Beige print to the inside "Z".
Next, die cut the 2nd from the largest die from Cajun Craze.
Die cut, the 3rd largest die from White and Early Espresso.
And, lastly cut the 4th largest die from the Beige Plaid DSP.
Layer the White and Cajun pieces together and adhere to the inside of card.
Layer the Beige Plaid DSP and Early Espresso together. Set aside.
Now, stamp the largest "leaf" in Crushed Curry and Early Espresso ink onto scrap of White. Die cut with corresponding die.
Stamp the medium "leaf" in Old Olive and Cajun Craze ink onto scrap of White and also die cut with corresponding die.
Finish by stamping 2 "acorns" in Crumb Cake.
Next, emboss sentiment in Gold onto piece of Early Espresso. Die cut with "banner" from Stylish Shapes Dies.
Adhere "banner" to center of Espresso layers with Dimensionals.
Arrange die cut pieces as shown.
Adhere Early Espresso layers to front of card, lining the Brown layer over the White, inside layer, and then adhere to front "Z".
Finish inside with Early Espresso leaf, and sentiment stamped in Early Espresso.
Finish the outside with new, Streaked Dots.
