Finally, I can share some samples with one of our new ONLINE EXCLUSIVES - IrresistIble Blooms! I absolutely love all the pieces of this suite...but I am particularly enamored with the DSP!! This is another one of Stampin' Up!'s gorgeous papers where the flowers and leaves can be die cut from the DSP! It gives you an embossed resist look! Just stunning! You will also notice 2 returning SU! colors - Pretty Peacock and Lost Lagoon!
Measurements:
- Basic White: 1/2 sheet
- Hello IrresistIble DSP (N): 4" x 5 1/4" (Pretty Peacock leafy print); die cut flowers and leaves
- Vellum: 3 3/4" x 5"
To Make This Card:
- Adhere the Peacock DSP piece to folded White card.
- Die cut "beaded circle" from vellum. I cut mine a little up from center.
- Attach vellum to front of card. I attached it with a couple glue dots under "beading", and adhesive on the lower left corner - that will be hidden with the flowers.
- Die cut 2 "flowers" from DSP. The pink flower was from one sheet and the peach/yellow one from another sheet. They are also 2 different sizes.
- I also cut 2 "leaves" from another sheet. One is a bundle of 3 "leaves" the other is 2 "leaves".
- Arrange and adhere on lower Left Corner.
- Finish by stamping sentiment in upper right corner directly onto the vellum. I then added the new Frosted Dots to the "beading"! (Note: these are loose, you will need to attach them with Micro Mini Glue Dots or Multipurpose Glue).Just beautiful. What a neat touch!
