The new, Online Exclusive bundle, Simply Zinnia is just awesome! I don't think we've ever had a Zinnia stamp set/bundle in the past! This simple card just uses the cheerful Flowering Zinnias DSP, and the Cut and Flip Fold that I hadn't used in a while! I just love it!
Measurements:
- Blackberry Bliss: 1/2 sheet cut LENGTHWISE, scrap
- Basic White: 4 1/4" x 5 1/4" (inside)
- Highland Heather: 3" x 4 1/2" (inside)
- Flowering Zinnias (N) (OE): 2 1/2" x 4" (plaid), 2 1/2" x 4" (floral border),
To Make This Card:
- Fold Blackberry Bliss card base in half. Cut off 2 3/4" from the front flap, set aside to be used later!
- Attach "plaid" DSP to remaining front flap
- Run the inside, White piece through the new, Online Exclusive Zinnia 3D Embossing Folder. Attach to the inside of card base.
- Attach the "Zinnia floral" to the piece your removed.
- Now, you can add this to your card front, by attaching only the top half to the top piece of your card. Isn't that neat! I love it when you can remove a piece and still use it on your card!
- Line up the Highland Heather piece behind the Flipped piece, so that there is a nice 1/8" showing around the top flap, then adhere to INSIDE of card.
- Lastly, heat emboss a sentiment of your choice in White onto a scrap of Blackberry Bliss. Die cut with Nested Essentials dies.
- Finish with a few scattered Brass Butterflies.
