I just love the new color, Lemon Lolly! It is just so yummy and makes me smile! Pair it with black, and the contrast is just stunning! I've had this bundle, Filled with Happiness, for a while and pulled it out to create a card for my Senior Center class on Monday! I love how it turned out! This is a keeper to be sure!
Measurements:
- Lemon Lolly: 1/2 sheet
- Basic Black: 3 1/2" x 4 3/4"
- Basic White: 2 pcs @ 3" x 4 1/4"
- Lighter Than Air DSP (N): 3 3/4" x 5" Lemon Lolly stripe)
To Make This Card:
- Attach DSP layer to folded Lemon Lolly card base.
- Die cut largest scalloped rectangle from the Scalloped Contours Dies. Set aside.
- Stamp sentiment/image onto one White piece, repeat for other piece.
- Die cut one image with the rectangle from the Radiating Stitches Dies.
- Punch the center image from the other one using the Modern Oval Punch.
- Color the image with Lemon Lolly and Parakeet Party Blends.
- Now, to assemble.
- Adhere the White, stitched rectangle to Black layer. Add to card with Dimensionals.
- Next, add colored image over the previous piece with Dimensionals as well.
- Finish with scattered, black Classic Matt Dots and a Black Gingham bow.
