I love the simplicity of this card! That, and the gorgeous frame!! While this could be used for any occasion, I stamped a baby sentiment from the Storybook Friends stamp set, as I hadn't done a baby card for a while! So, simple, and so awesome!
Measurements:
- Basic White: 1/2 sheet cut LENGTHWISE
- Timeless Plaid DSP (N): 4" x 5 1/4", 1/2" x 4" (Lost Lagoon Plaid)
- Boho Blue: 3" x 4 1/4"
- Storybook Moments DSP (N): image of your choice from DSP
To Make This Card:
- Adhere Lost Lagoon Plaid piece to folded White card base.
- Die cut oval frame from Boho Blue piece and set aside.
- Select image of your choice from DSP. Mine is a little bunny holding a radish? Use your paper snips to cut a rectangle around the image, making sure it will fit in the frame. (I used the actual frame to try out the images) The use the frame to cut the oval shape!
- Next, scotch tape the image to the opening of the frame. Attach to card front, a little higher than center, with Dimensionals.
- Stamp sentiment at the bottom with Memento Black ink.
- Finish with scattered Antique Pearls.
