These samples also use the new Butterfly & Flowers Layering Masks! The blue one uses the actual 2 masks and 2 colors to create the simple butterfly. The purple one steps it up a bit and uses the solid butterfly base with the large floral mask! I just love the Papaya and Coral combination with a little different layout. So many possibilities!

To Make This Card:
- Attach coordinating layer to folded card.
- Attach "solid" butterfly mask near the top of the White piece with removable tape. Apply lightest ink color to mask with Blending Brush, using a circular motion. If making blue version with "detailed butterfly image remove mask.
- Next, move mask to "detailed" butterfly image. Look through the stencil to line up the "detailed" butterfly image, attach over sponged image with removable tape. Apply next shade of ink to mask with Blending Brush using circular motion. Remove mask.
- If trying the stepped up version with the flowers, LEAVE the "solid" butterfly mask in place. ADD the pattern of your choice over the colored "base". Tape into place. Now, apply darker shade over entire butterfly. Remove both masks. Tada!! It's done! Wasn't that easy, peasy!
- To finish both cards, attach DSP to bottom of this White layer. Wrap coordinating ribbon around center, over cut edge. Tie in a bow. Now, attach to card front.
- Finish with gems for "bodies".
