The Bright & Beautiful DSP pack makes such cheerful cards! I saw this card, that makes good use of the scalloped border from the die set, on a video! This is my version and color combination from that video!
Measurements:
- Lemon Lime Twist (ret): 1/2 sheet
- Blueberry Bushel (ret) 1 3/4" x 5 1/4"
- Bright & Beautiful DSP (N): 4" x 5 1/4" (diagonal stripe), 1/2" x 4" (inside)
- Lemon Lolly (N): 3 1/2" square
- Basic White: scraps
To Make This Card:
- Adhere DSP to folded Lemon Lime Twist card.
- Line up smooth edge of scallop border, even with cut edge of Blueberry Bushel piece. Die cut. Repeat for other side. Attach to DSP.
- Cut large stitched circle from Lemon Lolly. Randomly stamp small "flowers" in Lemon Lolly ink onto circle. Attach to center of card.
- Stamp large, single horse in Memento Black onto scrap of white. Stamp "mane" in Pecan Pie ink, "saddle" in Lemon Lime Twist ink, and "flower" in Blueberry Bushel. Die Cut the horse. Add Wink of Stella to "mane". Attach, with Dimensionals, to circle.
- Finish with new, Tinsel Gems 4 Color.
- Attach White piece to inside. Add strip of DSP, if desired, as well as a smaller horse. I removed the "pole".
