I was looking for a nice, clean & simple masculine-looking card for my Senior Center class, and found this one...and I LOVE it! It uses the entire Textured Notes Bundle!! The dies, the DSP, the stamps, and the bling! A perfect combination/layout for any card, but the colors are perfect for a "guy" card!
Measurements:
- Basic White: 1/2 sheet, 2" x 3 1/2", 3/4" x 4"
- Crumb Cake: 4 1/8" x 5 3/8", 2 1/2" x 4"
- Pecan Pie: 4" x 5 1/4"
- Woven Textures DSP (N)(OE): 2" x 5 1/4"
To Make This Card:
- Run Pecan Pie piece through new, Corrugated Embossing Folder. Layer with Crumb Cake piece, and add to folded White base.
- Next, add DSP to left side, on top of embossed piece.
- Die cut Crumb Cake and White pieces with Textured Notes Dies.
- Stamp "sprig" 2x on the White layer with Pecan Pie ink. Attach to Crumb Cake layer, then add to card front with Dimensionals.
- Stamp sentiment in Pecan Pie onto strip of White. Die cut with long die. Add to card front as shown.
- Finish inside with strip of DSP.
- Finish outside with double bow of Bakers Twine from the Essentials Pack and scattered Neutral Matte Dots.
