This is another one of Sharon Armstrong's "Mystery Cards"! I saw a version using the retired Encircled in Beauty Dies and knew I had to give this a try! There are so many possibilities with this fold, too! This one uses our fun, new Tea Boutique DSP that is full of cute, small patterns. (I got the DSP, but not the bundle!) and our new Parakeet Party InColor!
Measurements:
- Parakeet Party (N): 1/2 sheet cut LENGTHWISE, 4" square (for doily), 2 pcs @ 1 3/4" x 5"
- 2022-2024 InColor DSP pack (N): 2 pcs @ 2 1/2" x 4"
- Tea Boutique DSP (N): 2 pcs @ 1 1/2" x 4 3/4"
- Basic White: 4" x 5 1/4", scrap
To Make This Card:
- Score Parakeet Party base at 2 3/4" from each end. Crease well.
- Attach InColor DSP to each side of "gate".
- Attach Tea Boutique DSP to cardstock "flaps/strips". Attach TOP "flap/strip" to LEFT "gate" and BOTTOM "flap/strip" to RIGHT "gate".
- For my card, cut "doily" from square piece of Parakeet Party using retired Encircled in Beauty Die. Cut this in half.
- Attach one half of "doily to each "flap/strip" as shown.
- Insert White piece inside, and finish as desired.
- I decided to attach a sentiment from the Garden Greenhouse stamped in Garden Green and cut out with banner from new Stylish Shapes dies. I attached this to the TOP "flap/strip"
