I saw a similar card using the detailed frame from the Potted Succulent dies in white, along with the flowers sponged with our new Blending Brushes. This is my version, that we did in Club this morning. I stamped the flowers in Basic Gray (theirs was embosssed in white) and cut the detailed frame from the Blushing Bride Foil, from the Love You Always Foil DSP.
Measurements:
- Petal Pink: 1/1 sheet
- Blushing Bride Foil: 4" x 5 1/4"
- Basic White:3 1/2" x 4 1/4", scrap
To Make This Card:
- Run the detailed succulent die with the Blushing Bride Foil. Clear out pieces (what a mess!) Attach to folded Petal Pink card with Multipurpose Glue and a quarter sponge.
- Stamp "succulents" in Basic Gray ink. Highlight with Dk Petal Pink and Dk Mint Macaron Blends, and then sponge in coordinating color with Blending Brushes. Cut out with corresponding die.
- Stamp "pot" in Basic Gray ink. Color with Smokey Slate Blends as shown. Attach pot, flat, to card and pop "flowers" with Dimensionals.
- Finish with Champagne Rhinestones in the centers.
