Love, love, love the "Cone Flowers" with this set!! (It's why I got it!) I saw this one paired with the new, gorgeous Cork Specialty paper, and knew I had to try it! I like how it turned out!
Measurements:
- Early Espresso: 1/4 sheet
- Very Vanilla: 4 1/8" x 10 5/8", 2 3/8" x 4 1/4", 1" x 4", scrap
- Cork Specialty Paper (N): 4 pcs @ 7/8" x 5 3/8"
- Old Olive:1 3/4" x 5 3/8"
- Early Espresso:1 3/4" x 2 1/2", 3/4" x 4 1/8"
To Make this Card:
- Fold Vanilla card in half. Cut front of card, from edges to fold, @ 7/8" on each side. Attach to Early Espresso base.
- Attach cork to these front flaps, and at the same location inside card.
- Stamp "flowers" in Memento Black onto piece of Vanilla. Color in as shown. Cut out with corresponding die.
- Cut out "cattails" from Old Olive. Also, cut the upper part of "cattails", again, from Early Espresso. Carefully, attach these pieces to "cattail" base.
- Attach "cattails" to front flap. Add "flowers" over with Dimensionals.
- Attach Espresso "bridge" to wrong side of side flaps. Make sure the center piece is underneath!
- Stamp sentiment in Espresso onto strip of Vanilla. Cut out with included label die. Attach to card over "bridge".
- Finally, stamp the "thistle" to a scrap of Vanilla. Color with Blends. Cut out with corresponding die. Attach inside card.
