Here is the stamped sample that we will be making in my June Monthly Stamp Club! This one uses the fun Wisteria stamps as well as our new Fabulous Frames stand-alone dies (did you miss these in our new Annual Catalog?! Too cool!!) I love the detail in the frame!!
Measurements:
- Gorgeous Grape: 1/2 sheet
- Crumb Cake: 1/4 sheet
- Basic White: 4" x 5 1/4" (inside), 1/4 sheet (outside - will trim)
To Make This Card:
- Cut "frame" from Crumb Cake quarter. Set aside.
- Stamp "branch" in Old Olive about 1/4" from top of White layer (will be trimming down). Make sure that the "stems" are pointing straight down! Add a couple extra, small "sprigs", if desired.
- Next, stamp "trio" of "wisteria" to match "stems" in Fresh Freesia. Add "detail" in Gorgeous Grape.
- Place Foam Adhesive Strips along "frame".
- Decide where you want to place your stamped image within the "frame". Mine has the end of the "branch" clear to the left, and the bottom "wisteria" just missing the edge of the "frame".
- Remove backing on Adhesive Strips, and place over the stamped image.
- Next, take your Paper Snips and trim away extra White cardstock close to strips. Attach to folded Gorgeous Grape card.
- Stamp sentiment where desired. I mean to use Gorgeous Grape, but grabbed Highland Heather, so use whatever you like/have.
- I then colored Rhinestones with a dark Highland Heather Blend and placed them under the sentiment.
- Finish with Wink of Stella on the flowers.
