Die Cut Pansy in Papaya & Coral

Here is a sample Pansy card that is totally die cut. I love the alternate colors of Pale Papaya and Calypso Coral!  So different from the lavenders!! This one, again, uses the versatile Color and Contour Dies!! I love them!!

Measurements:

  • Calypso Coral: 1/2 sheet,  scraps
  • Basic White: 3 3/8" x 4 5/8", scraps
  • Pale Papaya (N): 1/4 sheet, scraps
  • Soft Succulent (N): scraps
  • Evening Evergreen (N): scraps
  • Bumblebee Trinkets

To Make This Card:

  • Cut largest Color and Contour Die from quarter of Pale Papaya cardstock. Adhere to folded Calypso Coral card.
  • Cut largest stitched scallop die from White piece. Stamp sentiment in Basic Gray at bottom of card.
  • Die cut 1 large Pansy "petal" from White and one large Pansy "edge" from Pale Papaya.
  • Die cut 2 medium "petals" from Pale Papaya, and 2 Pansy "edges" from Calypso Coral.  Adhere corresponding pieces together with Multipurpose Glue.  Then assemble together as shown. Add flower "center" in Calypso Coral and a "Genial Gem".
  • Cut 2 "leaves" (1 each) in Soft Succulent, and "details" in Evening Evergreen.  Glue together. Arrange all onto White piece.
  • Cut on "stem" in Soft Succulent and a "bud" in Evening Evergreen. Attach "bud" to stem.
  • Cut solid "bud" in White and ouside in Pale Papaya. Attach to "stem" as shown. Then arrange onto white piece as shown.
  • Attach White piece to card with Dimensionals.
  • Finish with Bumblebee Trinket.
  • Attach this piece to the card front with Dimensionals.
  • Finish with Sentiment of your choice, and some scattered InColor Jewels.
