This is one of my favorite bundles, Cottage Rose, from the new Annual Catalog, and I just haven't had time to use it! I saw a similar card design and thought it would be perfect for my gals at Garner! So, here is the final results. It uses the coordinating Abigail Rose DSP and a little coloring with Blends. I just love it!!
Measurements: :
- Basic White: 1/2 sheet, 3 1/4" strip (for stamped images & label)
- Abigail Rose DSP (N) (AC): 2 1/2" x 5" (stripe), 1 5/8" x 5" (suede floral)
- Soft Suede: 4" x 5 1/4", scrap
To Make This Card:
- Attach Soft Suede piece to folded White card.
- Add stripe DSP to right side of card, then add Soft Suede floral piece to left side, this will overlap the strip just a bit!
- Stamp large flower in Black Memento ink as well as the separate leaves. Color with Blends, as shown, and cut out with corresponding dies.
- Also, cut one of the small outline leaves dies from Soft Suede cardstock.
- Next, stamp sentiment in Soft Suede ink onto scrap of white. Cut out with label of your choice. I used one from the "All That" dies.
- Arrange all pieces onto card front, placing flower near the bottom.
- Pop up the "large flower" onto the card front. Everything else is adhered flat.
- Finish with Champagne Rhinestones.
