This is another version of a diagonal cut Joy Fold! It uses our new Flowing Flowers stamp set in the January-June mini catalog paired with the Flowering Fields DSP! This is a new fold for me, and I just love it!! We WILL be doing this in my Fun Folds class!
Measurements:
- Mango Melody: 1/2 sheet, 2 7/8" x 7 3/4"
- Basic White: 2 1/2" x 3 1/2" (outside), 2 5/8" x 3 5/8" (inside)
- Evening Evergreen: 2 pcs @ 4" x 5 1/4", 2 5/8" x 3 5/8"
- Flowering Fields DSP (N): 2 pcs @ 3 3/4" x 5"
To Make this Card:
- Fold Mango Melody base in half. Cut diagonally from upper left corner, to lower right point. Discard the lose piece.
- Take one Evening Evergreen piece. Cut diagonally. Attach one pieceto front of card, discard the other.
- Also take one DSP piece and cut diagonally from upper left corner to lower right corner. Adhere one of these over Evening Evergreen piece. Discard the other DSP piece.
- Fold the 2 7/8" x " piece in half. Place olarger ne White piece inside. Stamp with coordinating, smaller stamp, if desired.
- Next, take the Evening Evergreen rectangle and mount to the front. Take the smaller White piece and stamp coordinating image in Mango Melody and sentiment in Evening Evergreen, as shown.
- Now, take this "mini card" and securely attach to inside of base.
- To close the card, Fold in the diagonal flap and then the "mini card".
- Finish with those cute Brushed Brass Butterflies!
