Inlaid Garden Greenhouse

Mom and I finally had some time together to play with this awesome bundle - Garden Greenhouse! I call this an "inlay" because the "greenhouse" is inlaid into the die cut opening! It also features the beautiful Stitched Greenery Die! This could be used for so many occasions!

Measurements:

Evening Evergreen: 1/2 sheet, scraps
Basic White: 2 pcs @ 4" x 5 1/4"
Soft Succulent: 3 3/4" x 5"
Brass Foil (ret): 3" x 3 1/4"
Polished Pink: scrap

To Make This Card:

Attach White layer to folded Evening Evergreen card.
Cut "detailed greenhouse" from front of Soft Succulent layer. Save this for another project.
Run this piece through Stitched Greenery Die.
Lay this layer, in place, on top of White layer. Take pencil and lightly draw around door and lower edge of "greenhouse". Set aside this piece.
Now, stamp large "greenery" in Soft Succulent slightly above pencil line. Stamp larger flowers in Polished Pink at ends of "stems". Also stamp 2 smaller flowers in Fresh Freesia. Finish with matching Polished Pink flower in opening shown.
Next, place Soft Succulent piece in place.
Cut "detailed greenhouse" from foil of your choice. Insert this into opening.
Cut "greenery" from Evening Evergreen and attach below "greenhouse". Add 1 die cut flower from Polished Pink.
Finish with Gilded Gems, and White piece inside.

Stamped Greenhouse

This greenhouse sample is STAMPED!! There is an adorable greenhouse stamp in this set that I decided to try. I paired it with the GORGEOUS Abstract Beauty DSP (you really need to check this one out!!), a layer of gold foil and our cute little Brushed Brass Butterflies!

Measurements:

Polished Pink: 1/2 sheet cut LENGTHWISE
Abstract Beauty DSP (N): 4" x 5 1/4"
Basic White: 2 7/8" x 3 1/8"
Gold Foil: 3" x 3 1/4"

To Make This Card:

Attach DSP to folded Polished Pink card.
Stamp "greenhouse" in Memento Black onto White layer.
Stamp single "greenery" in Just Jade. Add a variety of flowers in Blushing Bride, Polished Pink and Fresh Freesia inks.
Attach this piece to Gold Foil layer. Attach to card front with Dimensionals.
Finish with a bow of Polished Pink ribbon and a couple cute butterflies.

Garden Greenhouse Faux Center Step Card

I have had this gorgeous bundle for some time, but had not had time to play with it! Well, we are using it in Club this Saturday, so I needed to get some samples done! I love how this one turned out! The DSP is the new Heart & Home DSP that I have paired with the Garden Greenhouse Bundle and one of my favorite new folds, a Faux Center (Side) Step Card.

Measurements:

Garden Green: 1/2 sheet (base), 3 3/8" x 6" (step), scraps
Soft Seafoam: 3 1/8" x 4"
Glossy White (ret): 3" x 3 1/4"
Heart & Home DSP (N): 7/8" x 5 1/4", 3" x 5 1/4"
Flirty Flamingo: scraps
Petal Pink: scraps
Basic White: 3" x 5 1/4" (inside)

To Make This Card:

Score Garden Green piece along 8 1/2" side at 1" - 2" - 5 1/4". Accordion fold as shown. Crease well with bone folder.
Attach narrow DSP piece piece to "bottom". Skip an area, and attach larger piece to the next area.
Now, take the other Garden Green piece (step) and score along 6" side at 4 1/4". Crease well. Attach Soft Sea Foam piece to the "front".
Stamp sentiment at the bottom of the Soft Sea Foam piece in Garden Green Ink.
Next, cut out the detailed "greenhouse" from the "foil" paper of your choice. I used some retired Glossy White. I like the shiny look of the "foil".
Cut various "leaves" from Garden Green scraps. I then cut a variety of the flowers in a variety of colors. I can always use the others later.
Lay the "greenhouse" onto Sea Foam layer above sentiment. Mark bottom and door with pencil.
Now, lay a variety of greenery onto the Sea Foam piece, above pencil mark, checking location under "greenhouse".
Repeat with flowers until you get your desired look. Remember to use an odd number of flowers for the most appealing look.
Add flower "centers" with new Classic Matte Dots, or keep the cardstock centers from the flowers and reinsert.
Now, attach "greenhouse" over flowers/greenery using Multipurpose Glue.
Turn over this piece and add Tear & Tape to the lower back edge of both the top and the bottom. (you are on the wrong side)
To attach the 3 1/4" "step", remove the Tear & Tape covering on the "step" piece, center and place even with the lower edge. Remove the other covering, fold the card into position, and attach to the back of card.
To finish the card, place the White piece inside and decorate as desiredl
