Stitched Fall Leaves
Here's a card that uses the new LOVE OF LEAVES bundle. I like how you can use the "stitched" dies for the detail on the "stamped" images! Too cool! Stampin' Up! thinks of everything!
Measurements:
- Cajun Craze: 1/2 sheet
- Very Vanilla: 2 7/8" x 5 1/4", 1 3/4" x 2 7/8"
- Crumb Cake: 2 1/4" x 3 3/8"
- Gilded Autumn DSP (N): 1" x 5 1/4" (stripe), 2 7/8" x 5 1/4" (print)
To Make This Card:
- Fold card base in half. Trim 1 1/8" from front of card. Attach 1" strip DSP to "inside bottom" of card, and larger piece to "front flap".
- Stamp 2 "leaves" onto amall Very Vanilla piece as shown. Also stamp 2 "leaves" onto inside Very Vanilla piece as well. Adhere this piece to inside of card above DSP.
- Wrap ribbon around top of card. Tie in a bow.
- Cut Crumb Cake piece from Stitched So Sweetly dies. Layer with smaller Vanilla piece. Attach to card with Dimensionals.

Stitched Leaves Fun Fold
Today's FRIDAY FUN FOLD is another "basic" card fold design that we did this past week in my August 5/$10 class! It's "basic" in that there is not a lot of cutting or manipulation to create this awesome design. All you do is cut the cardstock lengthwise, fold back the front on itself (or you can cut it off), do something fun on the now, exposed inside, and add a layer on top!! Voila.
Measurements:
- Early Espresso: 1/2 sheet cut LENGTHWISE, 3" square
- Plaid Tidings DSP (N): 4" x 5 1/4", scrap
- Flowers for Every Season DSP (N): 2 1/2" x 4"
- Pumpkin Pie: 3 1/4" x 4 1/2"
- Very Vanilla: 3 1/4" x 4 1/2" (inside), 3" x 4 1/4"
- Bumblebee (N): 2 1/4" square
To Make This Card:
- Fold "base" in half. Then, fold the front in half, again, back on itself.
- Add "plaid" (or any interesting piece) to the inside of card, smaller, coordinating piece to front "flap".
- Cut 2 solid, stitched leaves from cardstock, and the smaller, stitched leaf from the coordinating DSP.
- Cut "rainfall" into top of Vanilla layer (this is a unique, awesome die!). Attach to Pumpkin Pie layer.
- Attach trim to Vanilla piece, then arrange "leaves" as desired!
- Finish with greeting stamped in Early Espresso, and coordinating "bling" of your choice!

Pair of Copper Love of Leaves Cards
These 2 cards come compliments of Susan Campfield! I loved how she used the copper square and stitched leaf to create both cards! The Dk Cinnamon Cider Blend creates gorgeous "copper" pearls. (And, the Lt Cinnamon Cider Blend creates gorgeous "gold" pearls!) And, the Cinnamon Cider Ink looks like copper! I'm in LOVE! I switched up the Vanilla card a bit by adding a layer of Copper Foil cardstock under the smaller Vanilla layer. Enjoy!

Vanilla Card:
- Very Vanilla: 1/2 sheet, 4" x 5 1/4", 2 1/4" x 3 3/8"
- Copper Foil: 2 3/8" x 3 1/2", 1 1/2" square
Mint Macaron Card:
- Mint Macaron: 1/2 sheet, 4" x 5 1/4"
- Gilded Autumn DSP (N): 1" x 5 1/4"

New Love of Leaves
As fall approaches, I like to focus on fall-themed cards. Our new set, Love of Leaves, is a beautiful stamp set with coordinating stitched dies. Included are leaves from all Continents that SU! serves! So, if some (most) are unfamiliar, that's why. Here is a card that utilizes the gorgeous stitched dies and new Cinnamon Cider In-Color!
